General Shipping Information
We offer Australia Wide postage of all our products. During the checkout process of our online store you will be provided with a postage quote for your location.
For large / bulk orders (over 40kg) where the online checkout facility does not quote postage, an option will appear called "Request Freight or International Postage Quote", select this option and we will call or email you with a shipping quote. Following this you can make payment via Bank Deposit, or we can send you an payment invoice if you have a PayPal account.
Returns & Refund Information
Defective goods from point of manufacture are accepted for return and will be exchanged for an item in good condition, purchaser is to cover all return postage or transportation costs relating to the return of such items.
Receipt of goods which vary in application from those directly described within the selected products advertisement and as printed on your invoice are accepted for return and will be replaced with the appropriate item required, if the purchase price varies between applications, you are required to cover any additional difference in cost of the item. In the event the required replacement is of a lower cost, we will refund the difference.
Returns of defective or incorrect items will warrant an exchange for the equivalent item in good condition, refunds will be issued where a replacement is not available.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or preference, it is your responsibility to purchase the items you require.
While we take great care to package all orders to prevent damage during transport, sometimes accidents can occur which are out of our control. POS Paper & Ribbons will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from transportation of purchased items, such damage is the sole responsibility of the Courier / Transportation company making delivery.
